This morning I woke up, got dressed and did half an hour of wii fit yoga! Hooray! I am now drinking herbal tea and taking a multi-vitamin, and am going to eat some fruit before school.
So far, day 1 of the habit change is off to a good start. |

Tis the season to be a consumer whore!
I love my family tradition of being too impatient to wait until xmas to give/receive presents. Xmas pretty much started on December 8th for me, I went xmas shopping with my dad to get Galen what he has been wishing for, a George Foreman Grill.
I came home and wrapped it, he wanted to open it that night because he had a present he wanted me to open as well. We stared at the boxes for about half an hour and then carefully dissected the wrapping paper, he and I usually recycle that stuff.
He was overwhelmed when he opened his because he has been talking about how much he wants one for a few years. I got a badass game, Lips! for the xbox 360. Its a pretty funky karaoke game that has little 2 player minigames while you sing as well. You can also upload your own music. Fun stuff!
Then on the 17th it was my dad's birthday. I cooked dinner for him at my place using Galen's present.
We had steak marinated in maple, apple, beer barbecue sauce, 3 cheese mashed potatoes, and corn.
I baked him a cake too! It was a 2 layer chocolate fudge cake with cream cheese icing and 65 in chocolate chips decorated on it. I may upload a picture later, it was glorious!
The day after that my school had a holiday shindig for students and their family and friends, I invited my dad to it and we had a blast, I really love spending time with him.
Yesterday was crazy though, Galen and I went to the local mall to look at a few things and I needed to stop by Rogers to see when I was elligeable for a phone upgrade because I was not happy with my last phone at all. As it turns out I was so Galen bought an iPhone for me!
HOW AWESOME IS THAT! I have only been drooling over his since he got it.
Now I am the proud owner of an iPhone and if ANYONE tries to steal it from me I will fuck their shit up... painfully.
